Good made better

The cast of characters:

1 garlic bulb
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Cut the top off of the garlic bulb to reveal the cloves inside.  Place in an oven-proof ramekin and drizzle with a teaspoon or two of olive oil to coat the exposed garlic.  Sprinkle with sea salt.  Bake in a 400 degree Farenheit oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until garlic is golden and completely tender.

The production:

Oven Roasted Garlic.

Garlic taken to a new level.
Still garlicky, but mildly sweeter.
And creamy.
Spread them on a cracker or add to your favorite hummus recipe for a new flavor dimension.
You can eat it as it is.
It's reaalllly good that way, too.

But you had better go try it for yourself, just to make sure.
