Pea Week--Dilled Peas

Peas, dill, and a Pickle.
What do you get when you put these together?

 

  Fresh dilled peas just right for a Pickle!

Simple saute some diced onion in a little oil until tender, add some dill, peas, and chicken broth.  Cook until warm and tender.
 
Serve as a fresh tasting side or make it a meal by serving over a rice bowl with warm chicken.
