Grilling


 Today our faithful little pint-sized grill will do the talking...
 
 
...about how gooooooood grilled summer squash is
 
...how it only needs to be tossed with some olive oil, sprinkled with a little garlic...
...a little seasoned salt...
 
 
...and plopped on the grill just as those burgers are allllllmost done.

 
When they begin to soften on one side and get some lovely grill marks, they get flipped over...

 
...while the burgers are sent to the serving table...

 
...and the pint-sized guard dog keeps intruders from stealing squashes in their prime...

 
...so they can continue to grill for just a tiny bit longer to deepen their color and soften, and become oooooohhhh,
 
sooooo very scrumptious.
 
Smoky and just tender enough, savory and then
 
gone
 
in moments.
