Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner

 As a matter of fact:  yes.
It was chicken.
It was dinner.
 
Did I mention the potato chips?
 Winner.



Potato Chip Chicken

2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into strips
1 bag (10-12 oz.) potato chips
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Crush potato chips and pour into a bowl for dipping.

In a small bowl, whisk egg and seasonings together. 

Dip chicken strips into egg mixture and then into chips, coating well.  Place on a lightly greased rimmed baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with ketchup, barbeque sauce, or any other dipping sauce that suits your fancy!
