The fruits of our labor

This Summer:

6 basketfuls of kale

Stems removed

Washed and Blanched 

Bagged and Frozen





This Winter:

Wonderful Wild Garlic and Sausage Fusilli

(Kale stood in for the spinach and we used gluten-free pasta.  Oh.so.good.)
